30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you and your little one to love every Bebe Products purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
How to Start a Return
1. Email support@bebeproducts.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice. Please email support@bebeproducts.com with photos within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all accessories
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
• Pacifiers, teethers, and feeding nipples
• Breast pump accessories
• Personal care items
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge before they ship. Once shipped, please use our standard return process.
